In addition to the nonprofit organizations, members of the public are invited to participate by purchasing their own display area. Display areas are $75 and should include at least 20 pumpkins. In past years families as well as businesses have carved pumpkins for display. The 9th Annual Ballard Park Pumpkin tour is a free event and open to the public. It will be held rain or shine. Ballard Park is located at the intersection of Hazard & Wickham Roads in Newport. Parking is available in the Rogers High School lot on Wickham Road. FREE

No registration is required for this free program held in the lower level program room.
