HAUNTED HAPPENINGS

 

 

6th Annual Fortress of Nightmares, Newport

October 21-23 & October 28-30
$10 Per Event
6:00pm–9:00pm.  Fort Adams State Park, off Harrison Avenue. Guides will lead the way through spooky areas of the Fort not usually seen on regular tours, and you will hear the eerie, bizarre, and macabre tales of the Fort's long history and legend from the resident "spirits" themselves! Tours are weather dependant and sturdy footwear is required; not recommended for children under 12. Call (401) 841-0707, or visit the

Pirate Express - Set sail with us - experience the thrilling adventures of Captain Jack on out tractor-pulled hayride.

Mystery Experience - Just when they thought no one was left... Strange things have been happening at an "abandoned" camp. Come help the Mystery Squad search for clues to solve the puzzle.

Show off your creative side! Join us for pumpkin decorating and much more!

Haunted Trail - Come take a bone chilling walk on our Haunted Trail. Morgue... Graveyard... Zombies... Your biggest fears come to life, or death. Can you make it through alive?

BOO AT THE ZOO

There’s enough fun for everyone at Buttonwood Park’s Boo at the Zoo!  Thrills and chills! Frights and sights! Join us at Boo at the Zoo for an evening of Halloween fun!  Climb aboard for a spoooooky wagon ride, train ride or take a bewitching carousel ride!  Crafts, activities, and slightly scary fun for all ages!

SPOOKY WORLD

Guests begin their Nightmare at the "Monster Midway" where they will be greeted by dozens of freakish characters that freely roam the grounds of the Scream Park. The Midway will also feature concessions, gifts, photo opportunities, Dunko the Clown, Zombie Paintball, restaurant, bar, go-karts, two themed 18-hole mini-golf courses and more!

WARNING: Attractions are not recommended for patrons under the age of 13. We tend to leave the decision of age up to the parents. Being as you know your child better than we do, you will have a better idea of what your child is able to handle.
