The Norman Bird Sanctuary is excited to launch our 2011 Summer Camp season. We offer Nature Based Camp programs for children ages 3 to 17.

The addition of two new camp programs will make the summer of 2011 an exciting one. We are adding our Chickadees camp for 4 to 6 year olds. Preschoolers who wish to extend their day will have the opportunity to eat lunch with their friends and explore even more of NBS’ property. Our High School Community Service Camp will give campers the chance to work with local organizations and NBS staff on current environmental issues. Along the way, these campers will participate in fun activities such as kayaking and hiking. Additionally, we have added brand new weekly themes to all of our camp programs.
